🚀 WE ARE HIRING – Golang Developer 🚀
PT ADI Perdana Nusantara is looking for a Golang Developer to join our team and be placed at our client company in South Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using Go/Golang and frameworks such as Gin.
- Design and optimize data access layers using GORM, SQLX, and raw SQL when required.
- Design database schemas, create migrations, and optimize queries across PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Develop reliable, long-running business processes using workflow engines such as Temporal.
- Build asynchronous and event-driven services using messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS, or Redis Streams.
- Implement producers, consumers, dead-letter handling, retries, and backpressure mechanisms.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Implement structured logging, metrics, and tracing to support system reliability and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams on API contracts, development, and deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a Golang Developer.
- Good understanding of goroutines, channels, context, and Go error handling.
- Hands-on experience building REST APIs using Gin, Echo, Fiber, or Chi.
- Comfortable working with an ORM, preferably GORM, and able to write raw SQL when needed.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including joins, transactions, indexes, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with Git and Docker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and adapt to evolving technologies, including AI.
Nice to Have : - Experience with SQLX or other non-ORM database libraries.
- Experience with MongoDB, document modeling, and aggregation pipelines.
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS, or Redis Streams.
- Experience with Temporal or other workflow/orchestration engines.
- Knowledge of gRPC, Redis, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Personal projects or open-source contributions using Go.
