As we continue to expand our services in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan, we are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality IT talent.
The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient server-side applications. They will work closely with front-end developers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of application components. The role involves writing clean, maintainable code, implementing security measures, and optimizing database performance. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software development is required, with a proven track record in building backend systems. Proficiency in CI/CD practices, Node.js, .NET, MySQL, Java, Python, Laravel, PHP, MongoDB, C#, and Go / Golang is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology are highly valued.
