🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Commercial Activation Coordination
• Synchronize all Commercial GTM pillars with each city activation calendar based on brand sequence and prioritization.
• Ensure alignment of hero products, digital campaigns, events, and commercial readiness for New Emerging Cities.
• Establish and enforce commercial readiness gates before and during City Launch, readiness.
2. Distribution & Physical Infrastructure Readiness
• Track RO activation and productivity across Telco, FMCG Bridge, and Device Channel programs for new towers and emerging cities.
• Ensure distribution and physical infrastructure are ready to support successful city launches.
3. Stakeholder Reporting & Risk Management
• Publish weekly New Tower & Emerging City Commercial GTM Progress Updates.
• Prepare monthly Emerging Cities Progress Decks for Chief and Sales Director updates.
• Co-chair weekly Commercial GTM Sync Meetings and drive action items through to closure.
• Maintain a live Commercial GTM Risk Register covering execution risks across 161 cities and new towers located in residential areas.
• Proactively identify commercial readiness gaps and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.

Network-to-Commercial Translation
• Ability to translate network readiness into actionable commercial field activities.
Commercial Go-To-Market
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Commercial GTM components and how network investment can be monetized in a mobile operator environment.
GTM Execution Coordination
• Ability to synchronize multiple GTM pillars across cities
Risk & Project Management
• Strong capability in live risk tracking, issue escalation, action monitoring, and project delivery discipline.
🎓 REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Experience in Commercial GTM, Sales Operations is highly preferred.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Willing to work under third party contract management
