Global Logistics Coordinator Position at Wellness by Solace
Base Salary: IDR 7,000,000 - 15,000,000 per month
Wellness by Solace is Indonesia’s leading luxury wellness brand, specializing in luxury wellness equipment and bespoke wellness solutions for residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Logistics Coordinator to drive disciplined pre planning, regulatory expertise, and continuous improvement across our import and export operations, ensuring shipments are mapped in advance to prevent delays, compliance issues, and unnecessary costs while building long term logistics excellence.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in logistics or supply chain with direct import and export exposure
✔ Strong ability to pre plan and map shipments end to end before execution
✔ Solid understanding of international shipping, documentation, and customs processes
✔ Commitment to continuous learning of import and export regulations
✔ Highly detail oriented with a structured planning mindset
✔ Clear communicator with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams
✔ Fluent in English and Indonesian
✔ Based in Bali or willing to relocate
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Pre plan and map all import and export shipments before execution
✔ Identify and prevent shipping risks before they impact timelines or costs
✔ Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, transporters, and customs agents
✔ Research and stay current with import and export regulations
✔ Build and maintain internal logistics checklists and best practices
✔ Align shipments with inventory, installation, and delivery schedules
✔ Maintain accurate shipment and compliance documentation
✔ Escalate risks early and propose clear solutions to management
✔ Ensure full compliance with all logistics and regulatory requirements
