Responsibilities
- Take active responsibility for achieving the Mission and Vision of MuellerGordon: creating great creative work that builds our clients’ businesses
- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts
- Work closely with the CCO and all team members to provide creative solutions
- Develop new creative directions with eloquent copywriting
- Research and understand the client’s needs and target audiences
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
- Brainstorm with the MG team and actively participate in new campaigns and pitches
- Present creative concepts internally and to clients
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback / direction
- Set own deadlines and deliver on time
- Be inquisitive and always hungry to learn
- Stay at the pulse of industry trends and emerging opportunities, drawing inspiration for innovative techniques and creative ideas to experiment with
- Help to support production process
- Motivate other members of the team and self-motivate
Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a relevant certifications and qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience, preferably in an advertising agency
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Keynote
- Good command of English and fluent in Vietnamese, both oral and written
