- Define the most appropriate recruiting strategy based on the specific role and business needs, clearly communicating the process to manage expectations throughout from both sides.
- Source and do initial screening to identify great candidates for the openings we have across the company.
- Oversee our hiring funnel, track the key metrics for the whole pipeline, and ensure proper follow-up activities at each stage.
- Constantly improve our job posting/ recruiting/ screening/ interviewing process for maximum candidate quality and efficiency.
- Responsible for onboarding, developing, and retaining the key talents we acquire.
- Develop strategy and execute activities on employer branding.
- 3+ years of experience in managing a complex tech recruitment pipeline is a major plus, but experience tracking and analyzing data is a much stronger requirement. Recruiting is science first, art second.
- Ability to identify the most appropriate recruitment channel(s) for each position and develop new ones when it’s necessary.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Strong energy that enjoys speaking with people day in and day out.
- Willingness to learn something new and navigate with ambiguity.
- Experience with start-up entities is highly preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English); can quickly build trust and credibility with others.
