Responsibilities
A Senior HR Specialist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department, including creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidance. This role requires a candidate specializing in Talent Acquisition with excellent interpersonal skills as you will often be asked to work closely with others across different teams.
Creating a recruitment plan and coordinating with line managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
Creating and implementing end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities.
 
Experience and Requirements
Having 3 years experience working in Talent Acquisition (Non Tech) or similar roles in Headhunt Agency or start-up.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Having a strong & effective network of candidates/recruitment service providers.
Advanced in MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving, detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
