Mô Tả Công Việc
● Tư vấn các chương trình học của Algorithmics đến với phụ huynh.
● Chịu trách nhiệm hoàn thành chỉ tiêu hàng tháng.
● Hỗ trợ theo dõi các khoản thanh toán, chưa hoàn phí của học viên.
● Hỗ trợ chăm sóc học viên, xử lý khiếu nại, yêu cầu của phụ huynh.
● Các công việc khác do Quản lý yêu cầu.

Yêu Cầu
● Làm việc theo ca 8 tiếng/ngày, được nghỉ 1.5 ngày bất kỳ trong tuần.
● Ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các vị trí tương đương.
● Đam mê lĩnh vực tư vấn và giáo dục.
● Kỹ năng giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề, quản lý thời gian và chăm sóc khách hàng. ● Biết giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản là một lợi thế.
