● Being a team lead managing a team of 10 members

Experience and Requirements
● Have at least 3 years of experience in leading a team.
● Experience in working in B2C and B2B, study abroad and education industry.
● Strong ability in planning, processing, aggressive and careful with data.
● Individuals with outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
● Individuals who are able to understand the culture of APAC (Asia Pacific) countries and understand the buying capacity of students from these countries.
