- Create marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans to deliver key objectives. The core KPI surrounds the delivery of attendance numbers and attendees’ experience.
- Lead the planning and implementation of an integrated market-focused digital marketing strategy.
- Have full awareness of content and SEO marketing and associated measurement tools.
- Support and guide team in the effective use of multi-channel campaigns and data-driven marketing plans with clear KPIs.
- Be fully abreast of all reporting and tracking methodologies to monitor channel performance, e.g. EDMs, social media, etc.
- Drive partnership marketing following partner agreements.
- Ensure efficient use of team and resources.
- Have networks and ability to source agencies for outsourced work.
- Be knowledgeable on strategic PR campaign execution.
- Have knowledge of data privacy requirements and lead the strategy for data collection, management, access, sharing and use.
- Own and understand digital event platform(s) and registration vendor selection, training, usage and reporting.
- Promote the use of new marketing technology and innovation in campaigns.
- KPIs – reporting, forecasting and performance metrics to key internal and external. stakeholders, highlighting revenue risks, opportunities and changing landscapes.
- Regular review of tactics to optimize marketing plans, channel performance, response rates, audience demographics.
