- 1. B2B Sales Strategy Planning
- Build B2B transport and logistics customer market with full information, classification, and necessary analysis
- Build a roadmap to reach and win customers according to the priority of different customer segments
- Building a sales strategy based on the company's overall development strategy
- Perform strategic analysis, measure results during execution to evaluate customer experience for services in EcoTruck's trucking ecosystem through our channels
- Analyze current acquisition and retention strategies, research the competitors and the customers to help inform strategy of sales.
- Define, plan and implement B2B growth marketing strategies in cooperation that includes measuring daily operations, experiments and conversion tests for lead nurturing and B2B sales lifecycles
- 2. B2B Sales Systems Management and Development
- Product
- Set up and proficiently use sales management technology systems.
- Build the characteristics of the service that you can provide to different customer segments
- Improve services (offering) to increase competitiveness with existing customer segments, developing new services and offerings to expand other customer segments
- Build a system of documents to support sales (slides, flyers, ...)
- Operation
- Build a B2B sales system to bring in thousands of customers and help maintain that number of customers.
- Review the customer development process at EcoTruck with other sales and operations teams.
- Marketing
- Collaborate with Marketing to carry out brand communication, reach potential customers
- 3. Management
- Build and expand structure of Sales team according to market reached size
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of growth marketers to ensure the company's business development goals
- Provide recruiting, training, assessing and developing performance’s sales team
- Collaborate with HRS to build department’s structure, salary budget and compensation mechanism
- Collaborate with HRS to measure and evaluate each step and each employee’s performance in periodically
- Work with a variety of stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Operations,
- Legal and other departments to build internal related processes to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly.
- Bachelor Degree/ MBA in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B Sales (Technology, Services), including at least 2 years of experience as a Director/ Head of Department or similar position
- Experienced in building a B2B sales engineer system with a team size of over 30 people from phase zero to hero
- Experience in sales of services, or technology-related products in the Vietnamese market
- Foundation knowledge of key B2B sales KPIs (pipeline etc)
- Have results of development sales growth for at least 3 consecutive years
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- Extremely disciplined and determined, results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse departments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
