Responsibilities:
·"Strategy & management:
+ Monitor and manage digital marketing performance and budget
+ Forecasting and managing budgets for digital marketing
+ Establish and execute the digital marketing strategy
+ Ensure tracking of granular performance data for optimization of channels
+ Social media & platform management
Funnel conversion analysis & optimization:
+ Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing for acquisition channels such as Paid Search, Social Media, Organic Search, seeding, affiliate and email, as well as marketing to prospects in database.
+ Improve the funnel conversion rate for acquisition through optimization of the paid advertising and collaborative work with tele marketing and sale department.
· Social media:
+ Designs and oversees the social media strategy for organic
+ Execute social strategies that turn social platforms (Facebook fanpage, Instagram, Linked In, Zalo, Youtube, Tiktok) into value propositions and the brand equity
+ Ensures the optimal usage of social media tools within the CRM environment. E.g.: UTM generation for campaign tracking
+ Seasonal campaign management
· Website:
+ Deploys copy changes to website
· GMB:
+ Monitors and manages data in RioSEO/ GMB SEO + seeding
· CRM strategy:
+ Establish strategy for management of leads
+ Ensure correct tracking by managing the overall campaign structure for channels
· Providing data:
+Ensuring correct data to Tableau by connecting CRM and third party platforms through an extractor such as Supemetrics
+ Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, tools (SQL, Rstudio, Google Data Studio, BigQuery) and provide ongoing reports.
Experience and Requirements:
· College/Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in Digital Performance in the service or education sector (schools, centers, academies).
· Good knowledge and experience in: Performance ads channel (Facebook & Google), SEO, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing
· Ability to manage data, use functions in excel proficiently.
· Ability to organize, plan and execute effectively
· Dynamic, creative, open-minded, good communicator, able to withstand high pressure.
