Responsibilities
- Work with key accounts and the MG team to provide creative solutions, develop new business, and to ensure client satisfaction
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships that further our creative ambitions and build our clients' businesses
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts
- Ensure timely execution of project plan deliverables
- Business development: lead generation, follow-up and conversion
Experience and Requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years' of proven success in client management
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Independent, resilient and out-of-the-box thinker
- "Where there is a will, there is a way" attitude
