Currently looking for a Customer Service - German Speaker to join our team in Bali, Indonesia!
We are open to candidates who are already based in Bali or willing to onboard by 25 May.
In this role, you will be handling customers from various lines of business through different communication channels such as phone calls, email, and live chat, while ensuring the best customer experience and providing support in a professional manner.
Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English
• Willing to work in a shifting arrangement
• Customer service experience would be a plus
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
For candidates relocating from outside Bali, relocation support will be provided.
