Job Description:
1. Establish a close relationship with active merchants, maintain merchants through daily problem solving and follow up merchants’ demands
2. Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues
3. Output the strategy and implement an active campaign to encourage merchants to use products, and be responsible for the Daily Active User of merchants
4. Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
5. Make recommendations for business performance improvement
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
2. Exceptional English (verbal and written)
3. Minimum 1 year experience in a professional business start-up environment
4. 1-year experience within CS Area is a plus
5. Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
6. Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
7. Strong analytical & problem solving skill
8. Has experience in training, people management, and culture is a plus
9. Familiar with agile project management and continuous improvement
