Overview:
We’re looking for a visual creator with strong storytelling instincts who can turn ideas and scripts into stunning AI-generated visuals, both images and videos. You’ll work with Producers to translate written directions into cinematic scenes using tools like Runway, Veo, Gemini, Google Flow, Kling, Seedance, Seedream, Leonardo, or similar.
Onsite placement: Gading Serpong, Tangerang
Responsibilities:
- Interpret visual briefs and generate AI-based images or short video clips that fit the story tone and pacing.
- Use strong visual judgment: composition, lighting, framing, and mood to elevate storytelling.
- Ensure visuals follow the channel’s visual tone and master style guide (e.g., moody, realistic, stylized).
- Generate both image and video-based visuals depending on the need.
- Deliver outputs in the correct format, size, resolution, and duration.
- Suggest visual improvements or alternate angles when a better shot is possible.
- Collaborate with Tech and Producers to refine generation workflows.
Skills:
- Strong visual portfolio (AI-generated works, photography, design, or film stills).
- Proficient in AI image and video generation tools, including:
- Runway, Veo, Gemini, Google Flow, Kling, Seedance, Seedream, Leonardo, Kaiber, etc.
- Solid understanding of composition, camera angles, lighting, and cinematic tone.
- Comfortable collaborating with non-visual team members and turning written direction into clear visuals.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in maintaining tone and quality.
Qualifications:
Familiar with basic motion design or compositing.
Experience working on narrative or branded video content.
Portfolio Requirements

5–10 works showing storytelling through visuals, not just aesthetics.
Include both image and motion samples if available.
