General Studio Accounting

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable accounting professional to support our growing studio operations.
✨ Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or Accounting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
🧾 Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely payments
• Monitor and control expense tracking
• Handle inventory, stock, and asset management (including stock opname)
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Maintain relationships with vendors and third-party partners
• Optimize accounting systems / ERP for efficiency and accuracy
➕ Nice to Have
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Xero, Accurate, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation
