โข Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to achieve business targets
โข Improve operational processes, productivity, and customer experience
โข Analyze business performance and provide strategic recommendations based on data
โข Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
โข Manage budgets, operational planning, and business performance initiatives

โข Based in Bandung or willing to work on-site in Bandung
โข Bachelor's degree in any major
โข Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
โข Experience in the fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is preferred
โข Strong understanding of business operations, sales, and marketing strategy
โข Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
โข Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
โข Data-driven with the ability to translate business insights into actionable strategies
โข Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
โข Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
