WE ARE HIRING – GENERAL MANAGER
AEROXSPACE ADVENTURE PARK | BALI
AeroXSpace is seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and hands-on General Manager to lead our indoor adventure park operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure outstanding guest experiences and sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Performance & Revenue Growth
- Take overall responsibility for business performance, revenue, profitability, and EBITDA targets.
- Develop strategies to increase visitor attendance, average guest spending, and repeat visits.
- Drive revenue through ticketing, F&B, retail, school groups, birthday parties, corporate events, and partnerships.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to maximize promotional effectiveness and business opportunities.
2. Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee all daily park operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and operational readiness.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, payroll, and operating expenses.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve overall productivity.
- Ensure attractions, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and operated safely.
3. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and operational teams.
- Establish clear performance targets, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and employee productivity.
- Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven work environment.
4. Guest Experience & Safety
- Maintain excellent standards of guest service, cleanliness, and overall visitor experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous service improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with attraction safety procedures, emergency protocols, and applicable regulations.
5. Reporting & Business Development
- Monitor daily revenue, attendance, operational performance, and key business KPIs.
- Provide regular financial and operational reports to company directors.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives to strengthen AeroXSpace's market position.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, leisure, attractions, or related industries.
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent senior leadership position.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven financial management, revenue generation, and cost-control capabilities.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in family entertainment centers, amusement parks, or recreational businesses is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
