As the company continues to grow and develop, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and developing our operations in Bali.
About the Position
We are seeking a competent, experienced, and highly motivated General Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall performance of the company.
Working directly with the owner you will be responsible for overseeing operations, production, employees, purchasing, suppliers, financial performance, quality standards, and business development.
This is a hands-on leadership position, so we are looking for someone who is ready to take responsibility, able to make decisions, solve problems, and ensure all company operations run efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the company's day-to-day operations
* Manage and coordinate food production and operational activities
* Lead, manage, motivate, and develop the team
* Recruit, train, and manage employees
* Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and product consistency standards are maintained
* Manage purchasing, inventory, suppliers, and production needs
* Monitor the company's budget, costs, expenses, and overall financial performance
* Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and procedures
* Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently achieved
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and business partners
* Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Assist in developing new products and supporting business growth
* Resolve operational and employee-related issues quickly and effectively
* Collaborate with the company's owners in determining business strategy and future development plans
* Ensure the company complies with all applicable food production regulations and standards in Indonesia
*Handle all Customer orders from Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
Requirements
* Experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar senior management position
* Experience in production A background in food, manufacturing, hospitality, or FMCG would be a significant advantage.
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are a MUST.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of finance and business.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized and with a strong attention to detail.
* Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
* Confident in making decisions and taking responsibility for the results.
* Proactive, hands-on, reliable, and professional.
* Strong understanding of quality control and operational efficiency.
*Must be Indonesian citizen.
