𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and business performance
• Develop and execute operational and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to achieve business targets
• Improve operational processes, productivity, and customer experience
• Analyze business performance and provide strategic recommendations based on data
• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
• Manage budgets, operational planning, and business performance initiatives
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Based in Bandung or willing to work on-site in Bandung
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
• Experience in the fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of business operations, sales, and marketing strategy
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Data-driven with the ability to translate business insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
