Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of business, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include managing staffing and schedules, overseeing inventory and budgeting, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and developing strategies to enhance guest experience and improve overall business performance. The role will entail collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold the company’s mission of providing a fun, inclusive, and high-quality experience.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- Experience in operations management, including budgeting, inventory management, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of customer service practices with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the food and beverage or entertainment industry is preferred
- Creative problem-solving and strategic planning abilities to drive business growth
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience as a manager or in a similar leadership role
- Proficiency in relevant business software tools is an advantage
