Requirement:
- Male
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree prefEngineering Logistics, or related fields.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial or senior leadership roles
- Strong leadership, strategic, thinking, and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of in Heavy Lift, Trucking, land transport, logistic, budgeting, and business development
- Ability to develop business strategies and ensure company target achievements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational/logistics systems
- Strong network within the logistic, port, and related stakeholder industries
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations including sales, operation financial and administration.
- Develop business strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Ensure all operational activities run effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor KPI achievements across all departments.
- Supervise documentation flow and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop business strategies to grow the heavy lift, trucking, and logistic services.
- Conduct organizational and human resource development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
