Requirements:
- Must-Have
- 8–15+ years in B2B sales / partnerships
- Proven track record of: Closing high-value deals, Selling into healthcare or enterprise clients
- Strong network in one or more: Hospitals / clinics, Corporates / HR leaders, Insurance / health tech
- Experience structuring partnership / commercial deals, not just selling products
- Able to work independently with minimal direction
Key responsibilities:
1. B2B Revenue Generation (Primary KPI)
• Acquire and close new B2B clients across:
• Clinics & hospitals (white-label DNA testing)
• Corporates
• Drive white-label partnerships for DNA kits and subscription products
• Structure deals that include:
• Bulk kit purchases
• Recurring subscription revenue
• Long-term contracts
2. Strategic Partnerships & Data Acquisition
• Identify and secure data collaboration partners
• Structure partnerships that enable:
• Data for AI model training
• Joint product development
• Revenue-sharing models
3. Deal Execution (End-to-End Ownership)
• Own full sales cycle:
• Prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
• Build and maintain relationships
• Independently structure commercial terms and proposals
• Work cross-functionally with product, legal, and operations to execute deals
4. Immediate Impact Focus
• Deliver tangible result within the first 3 months
• Build a high-quality pipeline within 30 days
• Prioritize speed and deal closure over process
Success Metrics (KPI):
- Monthly B2B revenue (DNA kits + lab services + subscriptions)
- Number of closed deals (not leads)
- Value of signed partnerships
- Number of data collaboration agreements secured
- Time-to-close (sales velocity)
