Job Description :
- Oversee overall operations to achieve business targets and improve efficiency.
- Lead purchasing, production, quality control, warehousing, logistics, and export teams.
- Manage end-to-end export processes, from purchase orders to shipment.
- Monitor KPIs, inventory, product quality, delivery schedules, and operational costs.
- Manage budgets, cash flow, costing, profit margins, and cost control.
- Improve operational processes and manage business risks.
- Maintain relationships with international buyers and suppliers.
- Drive product development, new buyer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Report operational performance and recommendations to company owners and directors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven managerial experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing, trading, furniture, handicrafts, or home décor.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
