General Manager Operation
As the General Manager, you will be the heart of our restaurant's operations. You will be responsible for driving profitability, building a high-performing team, ensuring flawless guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve outlet performance and customer satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
• Maintain consistent service quality and brand standards across all outlets
• Work closely with internal departments to support business expansion and operational improvements
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of store development projects, from design and construction to final handover.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance) and external partners to ensure project alignment.
