The company continues to expand its operations and is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee the Group's human resources function and support its ongoing business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall Human Resources function and HR strategy across the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee key HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Work closely with senior management to provide HR insights and support business decision-making.
- Lead, develop, and manage the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
- Oversee HR and General Affairs operations to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and practices in line with evolving business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Manager or senior HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of comprehensive HR functions and best practices.
- Proven leadership experience with strong people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on HR operational capabilities.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Willing to be based in Palembang.
