Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager at Parkon Prime Hotel located in Tangerang. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. They will be responsible for staff management, budgeting, and maintaining efficient operational processes. Additionally, the Hotel General Manager will ensure the hotel complies with all regulations and maintains high standards in food and beverage services.
Qualifications
- Skills in General Management and Business Management
- Expertise in Customer Service
- Experience with Budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge and management of Food & Beverage operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Tangerang
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in hotel management is a plus
