Deskripsi pekerjaan General Manager Financial Controller PT. Satria Antaran Prima, Tbk
Qualification:
- Masters in Accounting/ Finance
- Min 5 years in KAP and 5 years in Corporate.
- CPA/ACCA/CA certification are preferred
- Proven experience in a similar position and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and corporate finance.
- High level of integrity drives and result oriented.
- Strong analytical and effective leadership qualities.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and ensure FRS compliant management accounting reports are prepared on a timely basis, for internal and external parties.
- Monitor, coordinate and preparation of annual budget and forecast for the company.
- Review, assess and implement finance policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and optimize efficiency.
- Manage the company profitability and cash flows, providing appropriate foresight and reporting to the CFO.
- Interprets the statistical and accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of cost, budget, efficiency of operations, trends and increased profit possibilities.
- Provide strategic recommendations and drive financial performance based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, develop insightful visualizations and dashboards for stakeholder reporting and to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
- Responsible and oversee treasury management which include cash flow forecasting, funding plan, liquidity management and banking settlement.
- Working closely with the respective Stakeholder to minimize financial risk.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Working closely with external parties such as auditors, tax agent, fund manager etc. – to provide timely and accurate information to them.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the Management from time to time.
