Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the Restaurant, dan Bar.
- Manage and guide staff performance, monitor inventory, and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance profitability
- Train, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages open communication and professional growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis (including P&L) with accuracy and accountability
- Continuously assess and improve operational workflows to ensure the venue remains competitive, relevant, and profitable
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of successful leadership experience in managing Restaurant and Bar
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and profitability analysis
- Calm under pressure with sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexible and adaptable—able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Deep customer service mindset and a passion for delivering standout guest experiences
