Jobdesc:
- Process and verify employee and project cash advance and reimbursement requests, and prepare related journal entries for submission, disbursement, settlement, and payment transactions.
- Prepare journal entry for recurring and non-recurring journal entries including accruals, reversals, settlements, and and other month-end and year-end adjustments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare necessary adjustment entries for outstanding reconciling items
- Prepare and post accrual, reversal, and actual journal entries for Warehouse and Distribution Center (DC) operational expenses
- Calculate sales commissions and internship allowances, and prepare related journal entries to support accurate monthly financial reporting.
- Prepare revenue sharing reports to support rental expense calculations and payments to landlords.
- Prepare and post journal entries for marketing-related purchase orders, promotional expenses, and corporate credit card transactions.
- Perform marketing cost allocations from Head Office cost pools to stores in accordance with the company's allocation methodology.
- Collect and verify invoices and receipts for business entertainment expenses
- Participate in accounting system migration activities, including data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation worksheets and supporting schedules to ensure account balances are accurate, complete, and properly supported.
- Provide ad hoc request by internal stakeholders and auditors.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting.
- 2 - 3 years accounting experiences.
- Solid understanding of Indonesia Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Understanding Withholding Taxation
- Experience of working in team or work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, good numeracy skills and get along with people.
- Pro- active, self-motivated, well-organized, efficient and ability to work under pressure.
- Achievement and goal oriented with good organization skills, ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Experiences on software migration is plus point.
- Strong computer literacy skills with excellent Ms Excel and Ms Word
- Language in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
