Core Responsibilities
1. Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the compliance of daily original documents, guaranteeing the authenticity, completeness, and accuracy of vouchers.
2. Complete all monthly accounting tasks, including entry, posting, closing, and period-end closing procedures.
3. Prepare and submit monthly financial statements (including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement).
4. Review PPN, PPH, and other tax declaration documents to ensure tax compliance and timely payment.
5. Cooperate with external audit institutions to complete annual audits, special audits, and provide relevant documentation to ensure successful audit completion.
Job Requirements
Education Background: Accounting, Financial Management, or related majors. Bachelor's degree or above
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a general ledger accountant, with practical skills in complete accounting processing and financial statement preparation.
Professional Skills: Proficient in using accounting software such as Kingdee for accounting operations. Proficient in Excel functions and pivot tables; those with automated report processing capabilities are preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, able to read English financial documents fluently, communicate via email, and translate basic English reports.
Professional Qualities: Highly responsible and meticulous work attitude. Familiar with accounting standards and the latest tax policies. Those with experience in external audits are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): Holding an accounting certificate. Experience in financial work in the mobile phone or e-commerce industries. Familiar with ERP systems and shared service center operation models.
