Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible for sales revenue accounting and bookkeeping for mobile phones and related products,reconcile sales revenue, returns, discounts, rebates, and related business data.
2.Responsible for the collection and accounting of purchase costs and cost of goods sold,reconcile inventory, purchasing, sales, and cost-related data.
3.Prepare and review daily accounting entries and post transactions into the Kingdee system,reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts, and other general ledger accounts.
4.Review PPN, PPH, and other tax declaration documents to ensure tax compliance and timely payment.
5.Assist with tax filing, audits, and other finance-related activities.
6.Perform other accounting and financial tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a related accounting position; experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics, or trading is preferred. Experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) or Tax Office (KPP) is also preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting, month-end closing, auditing, and taxation, with hands-on experience in Coretax operations and tax compliance.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, with good analytical and communication skills.
5. Proficient in English.
