WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
HR MANAGER – EVENT & PEOPLE OPERATIONS
To build and manage a strong people ecosystem that supports our fast-paced event, activation, and creative business
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, employee lifecycle, and people administration
- Lead recruitment and manpower planning for permanent employees, project teams, freelancers, and event crews
- Develop HR systems, processes, performance management, onboarding, and employee development programs
- Manage employee relations, workplace culture, disciplinary matters, and HR compliance
- Work closely with project and event teams to ensure effective manpower planning and workforce readiness
- Support the organization in building a high-performing, collaborative, and execution-driven culture
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within event management, experiential marketing, creative agency, sports, hospitality, or related industries
- Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and people management
- Experience managing project-based teams, freelancers, event crews, or high-volume manpower is a strong plus
- Good understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, performance management, and HR administration
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and changing priorities
