Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across different functions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company's rapid growth.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Coordinate and improve recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive, stable, and high-performing team culture.
- Assist management in identifying and resolving team-related issues, helping to maintain employee morale and organizational stability.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports and market insights.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous recruitment experience in an e-commerce, internet, retail, or consumer brand company is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting for multiple functions, including operations, marketing, sales, warehouse, customer service, and management positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Capable of helping maintain team morale and supporting the resolution of employee-related issues in collaboration with management.
- Good understanding of recruitment channels, interview techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required; able to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-growing company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common recruitment platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for TikTok Shop, e-commerce, retail, or startup companies.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR practices.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or HRIS software.
- Chinese language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
