Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for outlet and back office teams.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, workforce planning, and outlet expansion.
• Build a positive, high-performance work culture through employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve productivity, talent development, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Manage HR administration, employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Drive employer branding, succession planning, and internal career development programs.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations based on workforce data and organizational needs.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR role, preferably in F&B, retail, or fast-paced industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and labor regulations.
• Experience handling multi-outlet operational workforce is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Able to work in dynamic operational environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality professionally.
• Willing to do regular outlet visits and support operational HR activities across multiple locations.
• Flexible and able to adapt to operational working environments.
