As the General HR Manager at DANSTECH MOTOR, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing people strategies, managing recruitment processes, conducting performance evaluations, and enhancing employee development programs. You will also manage HRIS database systems, providing accurate and up-to-date information, and ensuring efficient administration of HR policies and procedures. Your role will involve collaborating closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives, while maintaining strong relationships with employees and management.

We are seeking candidates with an undergraduate degree (S1) and between 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources management. Ideal candidates should possess strong skills in people development, Microsoft Excel, HR administration, HRIS database management, human resource development, and recruitment.
