We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable professional to join our team as a General Finance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and petty cash.
- Prepare daily/monthly financial reports, cash flow analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process payments, invoices, expense claims, and verify financial documents for accuracy.
- Assist with basic tax compliance (PPH/PPN) and monthly financial closing.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, banks, vendors, and external auditors.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Banking — Mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficient in English (written & spoken) — Mandatory.
- Proficiency in Mandarin — Strong Plus / Preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of standard accounting principles and basic tax regulations.
- High integrity, accuracy, strong attention to detail, and good time management.
