- Maintain HR related documents and all administrative requirements related to HR including requests for documents or data
- Handle all GA administration process, such as petty cash and daily office supply needs
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Support recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, post job ads, and assist all the hiring process
- Support and assist all engagement and company activities
- Doing ad hoc requests or additional projects for HR & GA
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in any fields, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have a good people skill
- Proactive, fast learner, and resourceful
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to deliver tasks in time
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, self-initiative and awareness, professionalism, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to get the job done, eager to develop & learn new skills
