Deskripsi pekerjaan General Affair Carsurin
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a General Affairs and/or Procurement position is required.
- Strong knowledge in Procurement, Account Payable / Payment and Vendor Management will be an advantage.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Administration.
- Detail-oriented, perform teamwork spirit and good negotiation skills.
- Work location: Morowali & Kolaka.
- Prepare all the documentation relating to the management company's licensing activities to support the operation of the company.
- Making stock reports and inventory of goods to be reported to the Branch Coordinator and Head Office.
- Ensure proper periodic reporting on General Affairs activities, especially procurement activities.
- Planning, implementing and evaluating the procurement of branch assests and/or facilities.
- Supporting all operational activities (Purcashing & Logistic, Building Management, Accommodation, Reporting).
