About the role
PT BPR Danamas is looking for a General Affairs professional to join our team in Surabaya. You will manage daily operational needs and facilities, coordinate with vendors and external parties, and ensure the office environment remains safe, comfortable, and productive.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operational needs and office facilities
- Monitor and maintain company facilities, assets, and inventory
- Manage General Affairs administration and related documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external parties
- Ensure office supplies, work equipment, and supporting facilities are available
- Assist with procurement of goods and services according to company needs
- Record and monitor company assets and inventory
- Assist with management of operational vehicles, cleanliness, security, and office facility needs
- Ensure the work environment remains safe, comfortable, organized, and supports employee productivity
- Handle other operational needs as directed by management
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education, all majors
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Strong administration and document management capabilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to take initiative
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Able to operate Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Willing to work with mobility according to operational needs
