We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in the role of General Affair. This position is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting the overall success of our organization. The General Affair will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of office facilities, and supporting various departments as needed. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations, organizing meetings and events, and assisting with financial and asset management activities. The role also involves problem-solving and providing timely support to ensure all operational needs are met effectively and professionally.

We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in vendor management, problem solving, financial analysis, communication, asset management, compliance, and organizational skills are required. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
