Job Summary:
The General Affair Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all general affairs functions, including office facilities, asset management, vendor coordination, and operational support. This role ensures that the workplace environment is efficient, safe, and well-maintained to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily general affairs operations and ensure smooth office activities
- Manage office facilities, maintenance, and asset inventory
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local regulations
- Handle office procurement and monitor budget for general expenses
- Oversee building management, utilities, and office infrastructure
- Ensure cleanliness, security, and functionality of the workplace
- Support company events, internal activities, and employee needs
- Prepare reports related to general affairs activities and expenses
- Lead and supervise GA staff or team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs or similar role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiar with vendor management and procurement processes
- Good knowledge of facility management and office operations
