Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Maintaining, controlling, and inventorying company assets.
- Procurement & Purchasing: Purchasing stationary (ATK), pantry items, and office equipment.
- Building Maintenance: Ensuring office facility functionality (AC, electricity, plumbing, cleanliness).
- Vendor Relations: Coordinating with security, cleaning service, and external vendors.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Management, Administration, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Often required to have at least 1–2 years in general affairs or operational roles
