Karya Bali Indah, an alcoholic beverage manufacture, located in Gianyar Bali.

Job Description

• Oversee daily GA operations, including facility maintenance, office supplies, and manufacturing support.
• Supervise GA staff, drivers, and equivalent-level personnel, ensuring task assignments and performance evaluations are completed.
• Manage procurement processes, vendor relations, and inventory for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and control expenses effectively.
• Coordinate permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements for facility operations.
• Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency and employee welfare.
• Provide reports, updates, and recommendations on GA activities, including ISO 22000 implementation.
• Support project execution related to office renovations or facility upgrades.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s/Diploma in related field.
2. At least 3 years of GA supervisory experience in manufacturing.
3. Proficient in facility maintenance, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
4. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with skills in data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas
6. Placement in Gianyar, Bali.
