✅ Support daily General Affairs operational activities
✅ Assist in managing office facilities, inventory, and operational needs
✅ Provide basic IT troubleshooting support (laptop, printer, internet, software, etc.)
✅ Coordinate with vendors, building management, and external parties
✅ Support document administration, purchase requests, and asset monitoring
✅ Assist internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
✅ Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and organized work environment
✅ Support cross-division operational needs
✅ Manage and coordinate office boy & security operations
What We’re Looking For:
☑️ Final-year student or fresh graduate in Management / Information Technology or related major
☑️ Interested in General Affairs & office operations
☑️ Understand basic IT troubleshooting and office device management
☑️ Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
☑️ Communicative, proactive, adaptable, and confident
☑️ Good coordination & multitasking skills
☑️ Detail-oriented, disciplined, and initiative-driven
☑️ Willing to work mobile and support operational needs
☑️ Willing to be placed in Karawang
