QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Have 1-2 years experience in GA
- Have knowledge about K3, asset management, non asset and building maintenance
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Able to work outside of working hours
- Strong interpersonal, attractive person, flexible, highly motivated person, discipline, multitasking and good communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for employee needs such as managing employee uniforms, ID Cards, etc
- Manage and maintain company's assets and non-assets
- Carry out maintenance of buildings, operational vehicles and other operational needs
- Supervising the use of operational vehicles
- OB and driver performance monitoring
- Make procurement reports and identify company inventory data collection both buying and selling
- Provide stationery, pantry and operational needs
- Carry out the issuance of permits for office operational purposes
- Conduct vendor searches and establish good relationships with vendors/external parties
- Perform administrative document creation and document archiving
