Deskripsi pekerjaan General administrative Melon Branding Agency

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication Management

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and various online marketplaces for three brands.
  • Provide accurate product information, assist with orders, and manage post-sales service.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all communications.

2. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Perform routine stock opname (inventory checks) for beauty clinic and F&B brands.
  • Maintain accurate inventory logs and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Support stock planning by providing timely inventory reports to relevant departments.

3. Sales Order & Documentation Support

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, invoices, delivery orders (DO), and purchase orders (PO).
  • Ensure all documents are accurately recorded, filed, and accessible for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Follow up on payment terms, delivery schedules, and order statuses as required.

4. Marketplace & E-Commerce Management

  • Monitor and update product listings, pricing, and availability on online marketplaces.
  • Track customer reviews and respond professionally to enhance brand credibility.
  • Coordinate promotions or campaigns with the marketing team for better online reach.

5. Administrative Support

  • Handle routine office administration tasks such as filing, scheduling, report generation, and supply management.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile and submit weekly performance reports covering:
  • Chat response rates
  • Customer service issues
  • Order trends and fulfillment
  • Inventory movement and variance analysis
  • Provide actionable insights from data to improve operational efficiency.

7. Internal Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between customer service, warehouse, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Facilitate internal communications to ensure seamless order processing and delivery workflows.
