Job Title : General Admin (Accounting)
The General Admin (Accounting) is responsible for supporting daily administrative operations while ensuring accurate and well-organized financial records in accordance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Duties
Manage and maintain company documents (invoices, contracts, reports, etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and general office administration
Support coordination between departments for administrative needs
Ensure proper filing and organization of operational documents
2. Accounting & Finance Support
Record daily financial transactions (cash inflow & outflow)
Assist in invoice preparation and payment monitoring
Perform basic reconciliations (cash, bank, and daily transactions)
Support the preparation of simple financial reports
Manage petty cash and monitor expenses
Coordinate with the finance team regarding vendor payments and payroll support
3. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure financial documents are properly filed and audit-ready
Support compliance with internal procedures and company policies
Assist with basic tax administration (if required)
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in administration and/or accounting roles
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills (Able speak english)

Preferred Skills
- Experience with accounting software (Xero, Accurate, Jurnal, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation is an advantage
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
