Deskripsi pekerjaan General Admin Surabaya PT. Indosopha Sakti
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all administration tasks related to her designated department including data entry, archiving, timely update of dashboard and any to her task defined by the head of department as well as the Finance and Administration Manager
- In charge to support and help each department team to follow company’s administrative standards in all aspects of their work
- Responsible to follow procedure and standard so that other administrative clerk or management can access smoothly.
Experience & Skills:
- Female, max. 28 years old and good appearance
- Min. D3 secretarial or other related background
- Proficient with computers, preferably Ms. Office, fast and accurate typing is a must
- A good level of English is a must; familiarity with business correspondence, good filling skills
- Able to work in detail, well organized
